Tag hoses prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local policy and
ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
REMOVAL
1.
Remove six bolts (1), washers (2), and two covers (3) from machine.

2.
Disconnect hose assembly (4) and remove O-ring (5) from fitting (6). Discard O-ring.
3.
Remove fitting (6) and O-ring (7) from transmission (8). Discard O-ring.
4.
Disconnect hose assembly (9) and remove O-ring (10) from fitting (11). Discard O-ring.
5.
Remove fitting (11) and O-ring (12) from transmission (8). Discard O-ring.
6.
Remove bolt (13) and washer (14) from machine.
7.
Remove clamp (15) from hose assembly (4).
8.
Remove bolt (16) and washer (17) from machine.
9.
Remove clamp (18) from hose assembly (9).
