Perform steps 7 thru 9 if a new pump is to be installed.
7.
Remove two connectors (7) and four O-rings (8). Discard O-rings.
8.
Remove two check valves (9) and four O-rings (10). Discard O-rings.
9.
Remove four connectors (11) and eight O-rings (12). Discard O-rings.

INSTALLATION
N OT E
Apply a thin coat of clean oil to all O-rings before installation.
1.
Install eight new O-rings (12) and four connectors (11) on metering pump (2).
2.
Install four new O-rings (10) and two check valves (9) on metering pump (2).
3.
Install four new O-rings (8) and two connectors (7) on metering pump (2).
4.
Apply thin coat of thread lock compound to four bolts
(5).
5.
Position plate (6) on metering pump (2) and install
four bolts (5).
6.
Position metering pump (2) and plate (6) on machine.
