COMBINATION VALVE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

Tag hoses prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local policy
and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect three hoses (1) from combination valve (2).
2.
Remove and discard three O-rings (3) from hoses (1).
3.
Remove mounting bolt (4) and washer (5) from combination valve (2).
4.
Remove combination valve (2) from machine.
5.
Remove five fittings (6) and O-rings (7) from combination valve (2). Discard O-rings.
