Use guided drive pin to install pin assembly.
4.
Install pin assembly (3), washer (19), and bolt (18) on
machine.

Apply a thin coat of clean oil to all O-rings before installation.
5.
Install new O-ring (17) on fitting (15).
6.
Install fitting (15) on tilt cylinder (8).
7.
Install new O-ring (16) on hose assembly (14).
8.
Connect hose assembly (14) to fitting (15).
9.
Install clamp (13) on hose assembly (14).
10.
Install washer (12) and bolt (11) on tilt cylinder (8).
11.
Install new O-ring (10) on hose assembly (9).
12.
Connect hose assembly (9) to tilt cylinder (8).
13.
Install flange (7), four washers (6), and bolts (5) on tilt
cylinder (8).
14.
Install kickout assembly (WP 0057 00) on tilt cylinder
(8).
15.
Install washer (2) and bolt (1) on pin assembly (3).
16.
Run engine and verify correct operation of hydraulic
system (TM 5-3805-290-10).
17.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).

18.
Check for hydraulic leaks.
