LIFT CYLINDERS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
1.
Attach lifting equipment to lift cylinder (1).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during pro-
cedure. Ensure any lifting equipment used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of
heavy parts supported only by lifting equipment. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or
death to personnel.
N OT E
Lift cylinder weighs 160 lb (73 kg).
Use pin driver cap to install pin assemblies.
2.
With assistance, position lift cylinder (1) onto machine
and install pin assembly (17) in lift cylinder.
3.
Install washer (16) and bolt (15) on machine.

Install pin assembly (14) in lift cylinder (1).
5.
Install washer (13) and bolt (12) on machine.
