HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER BASE AND MOUNTING REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

C AU T I O N
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal. Cap lines and hoses and plug open-
ings after removing lines. Contamination of system could result in premature failure.
N OT E
Tag hoses prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local policy and
ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
REMOVAL

Disconnect three hoses (1) and remove O-rings (2) from filter base (3). Discard O-rings.

Disconnect wiring harness (4) from filter base (3).
4.
Remove four bolts (5), washers (6), and retaining clip (7) from mounting bracket (8). Remove filter base (3) from
machine.
5.
Remove three fittings (9) and O-rings (10) from filter base (3). Set fitting aside for re-use. Discard O-rings.
6.
Remove two bolts (11), washers (12), and mounting bracket (8) from machine.
7.
Remove hydraulic oil filter bypass switch (13) and O-ring (14). Discard O-ring.
