IMPLEMENT HOSES, LINES, AND FITTINGS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
Lift Cylinders
1.
Connect hoses (150 and 153) to main control valve (WP 0134 00).
2.
Install fittings (145 and 147) on bracket (144).
3.
Install hoses (150 and 153) on fittings (145 and 147).
N OT E
Apply a thin coat of clean oil to all O-rings before installation.
4.
Install new O-ring (154) and connect hose (152) to hose (153).
5.
Install new O-ring (151) and connect hose (149) to hose (150).
6.
Install new O-ring (148) and connect hose (123) to fitting (147).
7.
Install new O-ring (146) and connect hose (112) to fitting (145).
8.
Connect hose (130) to hydraulic manifold (WP 0136 00).
9.
Install hoses (130 and 133) on bracket (144).
10.
Install bolt (141) to clip (143).
11.
Install hoses (112 and 123) on bracket (137) and install two nuts (138), washers (139), and bolts (140) to clamps (141).
12.
Position dead engine lower valve (131) on bracket (137) and install four washers (136) and screws (135).
13.
Install fitting (128) on dead engine lower valve (131) and install new O-ring (134) and connect hose (133) to fitting.
14.
Install new O-ring (132) and connect hose (130) to dead engine lower valve (131).
15.
Install new O-ring (129) and connect hose (114) to fitting (128).
