BUCKET CYLINDERS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
5.
Install hose (4) and clamp (7) on cylinder (6).
6.
Lubricate two new O-rings (5) with a thin coat of
clean oil and install in hoses (3 and 4).
7.
Connect hoses (3 and 4) to cylinder (6).

8.
Repeat steps 1 thru 7 for opposite side.
9.
Connect two quick-disconnect fittings (1) to two
quick-disconnect fittings (2).

10.
Fill hydraulic tank (WP 0137 00).
11.
Run engine until normal operating temperature is reached (TM 5-3805-290-10).
12.
Verify cylinder operation (TM 5-3805-290-10).
13.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
14.
Check for leaks (TM 5-3805-290-10).
