Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during
procedure. Ensure any lifting equipment used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep
clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting equipment. Failure to follow this warning may result in
injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Pump assembly weighs 101 lb (46 kg).
10.
Attach lifting equipment to pump assembly (12).
11.
With assistance, install new O-rings (32 and 31),
pump assembly (12), two washers (30), and bolts (29)
on machine. Tighten bolts to 52 10 lb-ft (70 15
Nm).
12.
Install new O-ring (27) on manifold (28). Position
manifold on machine and install four washers (26) and
bolts (25).
13.
Install new O-ring (23) on hose (22) and connect hose
to T (24).

14.
Install new seal (21), hose (20), four washers (19), and bolts (18) on pump assembly (12).
15.
Install new O-ring (17), hose (16), two flange halves (15), four washers (14), and bolts (13) on pump assembly (12).
