Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal. Cap lines and hoses and plug openings
after removing lines. Contamination of system could result in premature failure.
Utilize two line wrenches to avoid damage to fittings.
N OT E
Tag hoses to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any hydraulic oil that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of oil IAW local policy
and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
8.
Remove clip (16) and disconnect hose assembly (17)
from front frame of machine.
9.
Remove and discard O-ring (18) from hose assembly
(17).
10.
Remove two bolts (19), washers (20), and bracket (21)
from machine.
11.
Disconnect hose assembly (22) from machine.
12.
Remove and discard O-ring (23) from hose assembly
(22).

Disconnect hose assembly (24) from machine.
14.
Remove and discard O-ring (25) from hose assembly
(24).
15.
Disconnect hose assembly (26) from machine.
16.
Remove and discard O-ring (27) from hose assembly
(26).
