QUICK COUPLER REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect hose assembly (1) from adapter (2) on lift arm (3). Remove and discard O-ring (4) from hose assembly.
Repeat for opposite side of lift arm.
2.
Disconnect hoses from pin coupler (WP 0138 00).
3.
Remove retaining hardware from coupler lines (WP 0131 00).

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during pro-
cedure. Ensure any lifting equipment used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of
heavy parts supported only by lifting equipment. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or
death to personnel.
N OT E
Quick coupler weighs 440 lb (200 kg).
4.
Support quick coupler (5) with lifting equipment.
