Install pin assembly (19), washer (18), and bolt (17)
on lever assembly (16).

procedure. Ensure any lifting equipment used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep
clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting equipment. Failure to follow this warning may result in
injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Quick coupler weighs 440 lb (200 kg).

Use lifting equipment to support quick coupler (13).
17.
With assistance, attach quick coupler (13) to lever
assembly (16).
18.
Insert pin assembly (15) through lever assembly (16).
Attach retaining ring (14) on pin assembly.
