Oil will flow over orifice valve and around pressure compensator spool. Flow compensator spool will
move downward and oil will flow around it. Oil will flow through plug orifice and continue through pas-
sage to case drain.

As oil is metered out of actuator piston, bias spring force overcomes pressure behind actuator piston.
Swashplate angle begins to increase, causing piston pump to upstroke.

When piston pump has upstroked to desired flow, pump will provide a constant flow.
