SERVICE BRAKE LINES AND HOSES REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

Tag hoses prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local pol-
icy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect hoses and fittings from service brake control valve (WP 0116 00). Remove all associated clips, clamps, and
tiedown straps. Discard tiedown straps.
2.
Disconnect hoses (1 and 2) from two fittings (3) and remove hoses from machine. Remove and discard two O-rings (4).
3.
Disconnect hoses (5 and 6) from two fittings (3). Remove and discard two O-rings (7). Remove all associated clips,
clamps, and tiedown straps. Discard tiedown straps.
4.
Remove two fittings (3) from partition (8). Remove and discard two O-rings (9).
