ENGINE OIL PAN MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Loosen clamp (1) and disconnect hose (5) from valve (2).
2.
Remove valve (2) and O-ring (4) from oil pan (3). Discard O-ring.
3.
Remove nut (11), washer (12), and clip (6) from stud (13).
4.
Remove nut (14), washer (15), bracket (16), spacer (17), stud bolt (18), washer (19), and spacer (20) from oil pan (3).
5.
Remove 13 bolts (8), washers (9) and spacers (10) from oil pan (3) and then remove oil pan and gasket (7) from
machine. Discard gasket.
