Ensure parking brake releases.

Not Have Movement in this
NO

YES
Use instrument panel (IP) setup to
energize loader valve interlock circuit (WP
0007). Remove IP. Do not disconnect
Replace instrument panel
connector. Measure voltage between IP
12V present?
NO
(WP 0155).
connector C23-14, circuit 303E (T),
harness side, and ground (WP 0175,
Frame 12. RH Console).
YES
Disconnect door switch connector 504
(WP 0128).
Use instrument panel (IP) setup to energize
Perform Open Harness Test for
loader valve interlock circuit (WP 0007).
12V present?
NO
Measure voltage between door switch
circuits 303 and 311 (WP 0173).
connector 504-B, circuit 311MP (T), harness
side, and ground (WP 0175, Frame 24. Door
Harness).
YES
Use a jumper wire to bypass door
Problem still
switch at connector 504-A & 504-B
Replace door switch (WP 0128).
NO
exists?
(WP 0175, Frame 24. Door Harness).
YES
Leave jumper wire in place.
Disconnect 18W coil interlock valve
solenoid connector 103B on brake pilot
valve (WP 0070).
Perform Open Harness Test for
Use instrument panel (IP) setup to energize
12V present?
NO
circuits 303 and 314M (WP 0173).
loader valve interlock circuit (WP 0007).
Measure voltage between loader interlock
solenoid connector 103B-A, circuit 314M
(T), harness side, and ground (WP 0175,
YES
