6. Support frame (Figure 4, Item 5) with suitable lifting device.

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure that any lifting equipment used is in good condition
and of suitable load capacity. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to
personnel.
N OT E
Front idler weighs 100 lbs (45.3 kg).
Rear idler weighs 50 lbs (22.67 kg).
Tensioner weighs 40 lbs (18.1 kg).
Rollers weigh 50 lbs (22.67 kg) each.
7. With assistance, remove idler (Figure 4, Item 20), yoke (Figure 4, Item 18), and tensioner (Figure 4, Item 17)
from frame (Figure 4, Item 5).
8. With assistance, remove two screws (Figure 4, Item 19), and idler (Figure 4, Item 20) from yoke (Figure 4, Item
18).
9. With assistance, remove six bolts (Figure 4, Item 13), washers (Figure 4, Item 14), and three rollers (Figure 4,
Item 15) from frame (Figure 4, Item 5).
10. With assistance, remove two bolts (Figure 4, Item 10), washers (Figure 4, Item 11), and idler (Figure 4, Item
12) from frame (Figure 4, Item 5).
11. Remove four bolts (Figure 4, Item 6), washers (Figure 4, Item 7), nuts (Figure 4, Item 8), and scraper (Figure 4,
Item 9) from frame (Figure 4, Item 5).
N OT E
Place alignment marks on frame backets for ease of installation.

Track frame weighs 370 lb (167.8 kg).
12. Attach lifting device to frame (Figure 4, Item 5).

Bars are located behind rubber access plugs.
13. Remove eight bolts (Figure 4, Items 3 and 21), washers (Figure 4, Items 2 and 22) and two bars (Figure 4, Item
1) from machine.
14. With assistance, remove eight nuts (Figure 4, Item 4) and frame (Figure 4, Item 5) from machine.
15. Remove grease fitting (Figure 4, Item 16) from tensioner (Figure 4, Item 17).
