When servicing this machine, performing maintenance, or disposing of hazardous
materials, consult your unit/local hazardous waste disposal center or safety office for local

DO NOT disconnect or remove any hydraulic sysem lines or fitting unless engine is shut
t
down and hydraulic system pressure has been relieved. Tighten all connections before
applying pressure. Escaping hydraulic fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin.
At operating temperature, hydraulic oil is hot. Allow hydraulic oil to cool before removing
any hydraulic fitting.
To prevent injury to personnel, wear protective eye covering and gloves.
If loader arm must be raised to gain access to hydraulic hoses, lines, or fittings support
strut must be installed.
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury or death to personnel.

The following procedures show the LH track frame assembly. Use the same procedures
for the RH track frame assembly.
