8. Turn battery disconnect and
ignition switch to ON position

9. Using a digital multimeter
Voltage 18 to 26 V - Proceed to step 10.
(WP 0174), test for voltage
Voltage Less Than 18 V - Replace
between battery cable connections
battery cable between battery and
