codes (WP 0008).
Diagnostic Code 367-3 Not Active -
Troubleshooting is complete.
Test Step 2. Test for Faulty Ride
Control Rocker Switch.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Remove console instrument panel
for access to wiring harness
connectors (WP 0264).
3. Disconnect connector C-C36
(WP 0012, Figure 63) from ride
control switch (WP 0012,
Figure 64).
4. Push ride control switch to OFF
position (TM 5-3805-298-10).
5. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less -
(WP 0174), measure resistance
Proceed to step 6.
between ride control switch
Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms -
(WP 0012, Figure 64) terminal 4
Replace ride control switch (WP 0264).
and terminal 5.
Proceed to Test Step 5.
6. Push ride control switch to AUT
position (TM 5-3805-298-10).
7. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less -
(WP 0174), measure resistance
Proceed to Test Step 3.
between ride control switch
Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms -
(WP 0012, Figure 64) terminal 6
Replace ride control switch (WP 0264).
and terminal 5.
Proceed to Test Step 5.
Test Step 3. Test for Open Lower Cab
Wiring Harness.
1. Connect jumper wire between
terminal 4 and terminal 6 of
connector C-C36 (WP 0012,
Figure 63).
2. Remove left lower cab access
panels (WP 0347).
3. Remove transmission ECM cover
(WP 0266).
4. Disconnect connector C-C13
(WP 0012, Figure 25) from
Transmission ECM J2.
