2. Disconnect connector P-C1
(WP 0012, Figure 53) from
connector C-C15 (WP 0012,
Figure 52).
3. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less -
(WP 0174), measure resistance
Replace lower cab wiring harness
between connector P-C1
(WP 0291).
(WP 0012, Figure 53) terminal 1
Proceed to Test Step 12.

Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms -
Replace transmission wiring harness
(WP 0298).
Proceed to Test Step 12.
Test Step 6. Test for Open Wiring

Speed Sensor.
1. Remove jumper wire from terminal
1 and terminal 2 of connector P-
C16 (WP 0012, Figure 72).
2. Install jumper wire between
terminal 1 and terminal 2 of
connector P-C17 (WP 0012,
Figure 83).
3. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less -
(WP 0174), measure resistance
Proceed to Test Step 8.
