Left and right transmission mount bracket removal is identical. Left hand transmission
mount bracket shown.
There is a dowel on transmission for transmission mount bracket alignment. It may be
necessary to move transmission to allow transmission mount bracket removal.
Note position and quantity of spacers.
103. Remove five bolts (Figure 56, Item 5), washers (Figure 56, Item 7), spacers (Figure 56, Item 6), left hand
transmission mount bracket (Figure 56, Item 4), mount (Figure 56, Item 3) and two washers (Figure 56,
Item 2) from transmission (Figure 56, Item 1). Repeat this step for right transmission mount bracket.
