AFTERCOOLER OUTLET/ENGINE INLET HOSE REMOVAL

NOTE
One aftercooler hose is located at top of aftercooler. Other aftercooler hose is located at
bottom of aftercooler.
Tag and mark hoses to aid installation.
Plug or cap all hoses and open ports.
1. Loosen two clamps (Figure 1, Items 3 and 1) and remove hose (Figure 1, Item 2) from aftercooler (Figure 1,
Item 4) and tube (Figure 1, Item 6).
2. Loosen two clamps (Figure 1, Items 1 and 3) and remove hose (Figure 1, Item 5) from tube (Figure 1, Item 6)
and engine.
