RADIATOR INLET HOSE REMOVAL

WARNING
Engine coolant is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury to personnel.
Wear effective eye, hand, and skin protection when handling coolant.
NOTE
Note routing of hoses to aid installation.
Tag and mark hoses to aid installation.
Plug or cap hoses and open ports.
1. Remove lower radiator access cover. Refer to WP 0340.
2. Loosen clamp (Figure 6, Item 2) and remove vent hose (Figure 6, Item 3) from tee fitting (Figure 6, Item 1).
3. Remove clamp (Figure 6, Item 2) from vent hose (Figure 6, Item 3).
4. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 6, Item 5) from mount (Figure 6, Item 4) and vent hose (Figure 6, Item 3).
Discard tiedown strap.
5. Loosen clamp (Figure 6, Item 7) and remove radiator inlet hose (Figure 6, Item 6) from coolant tank
(Figure 6, Item 8).
6. Remove clamp (Figure 6, Item 7) from radiator inlet hose (Figure 6, Item 6).
