INSTALLATION

1. Install P-clamp (Figure 1, Item 6), two clamps (Figure 1, Item 12), air conditioning dryer (Figure 1, Item 1),
washer (Figure 1, Item 11), and bolt (Figure 1, Item 10) on bracket (Figure 1, Item 2).
NOTE
Remove caps and plugs as air conditioning lines are installed.
Install air conditioning lines as noted during removal.
2. Install new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 7) on air conditioning line (Figure 1, Item 9).
3. Install air conditioning line (Figure 1, Item 9) and tube nut (Figure 1, Item 8) on air conditioning dryer
(Figure 1, Item 1).
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 5) on air conditioning line (Figure 1, Item 3).
5. Install air conditioning line (Figure 1, Item 3) and tube nut (Figure 1, Item 4) on air conditioning dryer
(Figure 1, Item 1).

2. Charge air conditioning system (WP 0405).
3. Verify operation of machine (TM 5-3805-298-10).
