Clean and inspect all parts IAW Mechanical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0369).

1. Remove cap (Figure 2, Item 1) from engine coolant reservoir (Figure 2, Item 2).
2. Fill engine coolant reservoir (Figure 2, Item 2) with antifreeze to "MAX FILL LINE" (Figure 2, Item 3) on engine
coolant reservoir.
3. Set heater controls to full heat and fan on high (TM 5-2420-231-10).
4. Start and run engine (TM 5-2420-231-10) until normal operating temperature is reached.
5. Shut down engine (TM 5-2420-231-10) and refill engine coolant reservoir with antifreeze to "HOT MAX FILL
LINE" (Figure 2, Item 3) on engine coolant reservoir.
