WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support during
procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load
capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this
warning may result injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Engine assembly weighs 1,084 lb (492 kg).
37. Using lifting device, remove engine from machine and place on suitable cribbing.
38. Install engine mounting bracket (Figure 14, Item 2) on engine (Figure 14, Item 1).
39. Using lifting device, mount engine (Figure 14, Item 1) on suitable engine rollover stand (Figure 14, Item 3).
40. Remove lifting device and chain sling from engine.
