NOTE
Cooler assembly weighs 71 lb (32 kg).
The procedure for cooler assembly bolt removal and replacement is identical for left-hand
and right-hand cooler assembly bolt. Right-hand cooler assembly bolt is shown in this
procedure.
Support cooler assembly prior to removing bolts.
15. Remove bolt (Figure 18, Item 4) and two washers (Figure 18, Item 3) from cooler assembly (Figure 18, Item 2)
and radiator wrapper (Figure 18, Item 1).
16. Remove two bolts (Figure 18, Item 5) from cooler assembly (Figure 18, Item 2) and radiator mount
(Figure 18, Item 6).
17. Repeat steps 15 and 16 on left side.
18. With assistance, remove cooler assembly (Figure 18, Item 2) from radiator wrapper (Figure 18, Item 1).
