WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Swing tower chassis weighs 265 lb (120 kg).
Install shims in quantity and size noted during removal.
1. Attach nylon slings (Figure 7, Item 2) and lifting device (Figure 7, Item 1) on swing tower chassis
(Figure 7, Item 3).
2. With assistance, position swing tower chassis (Figure 7, Item 3), washer (Figure 7, Item 5), and shims
(Figure 7, Item 4) on machine.
3. Lightly grease and install pin (Figure 8, Item 3), two washers (Figure 8, Item 4), and retaining rings (Figure 8,
Item 1) on bottom of swing tower chassis (Figure 8, Item 2).
