Install tiedown straps in quantity and location noted during removal.
19. Connect harness connector (Figure 52, Item 2) to blackout harness connector (Figure 52, Item 1).
20. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 52, Item 3) on harness (Figure 52, Item 2).
