1. Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 3) and washer (Figure 1, Item 5) from wiper motor shaft (Figure 1, Item 4).
2. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 1) and washers (Figure 1, Item 2) from crossmember (Figure 1, Item 6).
