WARNING
Refrigerant oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Lubricate O-rings with refrigerant oil from a sealed container prior to installation. Failure to
follow this caution may cause damage to the machine.
1. Install seal (Figure 8, Item 5) on evaporator (Figure 8, Item 4).
2. Lubricate two new O-rings (Figure 8, Item 2) with refrigerant oil.
3. Install two new O-rings (Figure 8, Item 2) on evaporator (Figure 8, Item 4).
4. Install expansion valve (Figure 8, Item 1) on evaporator (Figure 8, Item 4).
5. Install seal (Figure 8, Item 3) on evaporator (Figure 8, Item 4).
