WARNING
Refrigerant oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Lubricate O-rings with refrigerant oil from a sealed container prior to installation. Failure to
follow this caution may cause damage to the machine.
NOTE
Install lines as tagged and marked during removal.
Remove plugs and caps from hoses and fittings.
8. Lubricate two new O-rings (Figure 10, Item 2) with refrigerant oil.
9. Install two new O-rings (Figure 10, Item 2) on A/C tubes (Figure 10, Item 1).
10. Install two A/C tubes (Figure 10, Item 1) on expansion valve (Figure 10, Item 3).
