WARNING
Refrigerant oil is slippery. Wipe up any spills immediately. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
A/C O-rings are lubricated with refrigerant oil prior to assembly.
Install A/C hoses as noted during disassembly.
Install tiedown straps as noted during removal.
1. With assistance, route A/C hose (Figure 4, Item 4) on machine.
2. Install new O-ring (Figure 4, Item 3) on A/C hose (Figure 4, Item 4) and connect A/C hose to A/C hose
(Figure 4, Item 2).
3. With assistance, route A/C hose (Figure 4, Item 5) on machine.
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 4, Item 6) on A/C hose (Figure 4, Item 5) and connect A/C hose to A/C hose
(Figure 4, Item 1).
