j. Open two heater shut-off valves
located on left and right side of engine
and allow coolant to drain.
NOTE
Ensure all valves in steps e, g, i, and j are closed before filling
or flushing.
k. Fill system with clean water. Add a
flushing compound that is compatible
with aluminum. Flush system in
accordance with instructions furnished
with compound. Refer to TB 750-651.
l. Flush, rinse, and completely drain
system (repeat steps d thru j).
