GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Sectionalization should be done on a level, firm surface.
If on a soft surface, placing pads under the jacks would
help, but is not necessary. If there are large mounds or
lumps in front of or behind the rear tires in the disassem-
bly/reassembly area, level them for easier access to and
from the front section.
After removing any components, return and tighten the
hardware to prevent loss due to vibration. Store all re-
moved parts either in the tool box or securely strapped or
bolted to the machine.
Clean all hydraulic hose dust caps and plugs and all quick
disconnects immediately before disconnecting hoses, and
install dust caps and plugs immediately after.
DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove bracket assembly.
2.
Remove the two center tooth tips from the bucket.
