DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
TRANSFER GEARS
Fasten a hoist and remove gear (8) and the
bearing cones from the case. The weight of the
unit is 23 kg (50 lb.).
Use tooling (A) to remove
from each side of the gear.
Remove bearing cup (10) from the case.
Remove bolt (11), retainer
seal and yoke (12) from the
bearing cones (9)
(13), the O-ring
output shaft.
