RADIATOR AND HYDRAULIC OIL COOLER

Loosen clamps (9) and (10) from hose (11)
and remove hose (11) from machine.
Loosen clamps (12) and (13) from hose (14)
and remove hose (14) from machine.
Loosen bolts and nuts (15) and slide panel
(16) away from the radiator assembly.
Install a 5/8” - 11 NC forged eyebolt (17)
and a hoist on radiator assembly (18) as
shown.
Remove bolts (19) from the four corners of
the radiator.
Make sure strips (20) both bottom and top
are pulled away from radiator assembly (18).
Remove radiator assembly (18) from the
machine. The weight of the radiator assembly
is approximately 225 kg (500 lb.).
Place radiator assembly on blocks for dis-
assembly.
