TOOLS: No. 1 Common Organizational Maintenance Tool Kit Combination box and open end wrench set Screwdriver E l e c t r i c a l r e p a i r t o o l k it Multimeter MATERIALS/PARTS: Clean cloths (Appendix C, item 1) Cleaning solvent P-D-680 (Appendix C, item 2) Detergent (Appendix C, item 3) Insulation tape (Appendix C, item 5) REMOVAL ( 1 ) A t s t o p a n d t a i l l i g h t , a t r a d i a t o r g u a r d, loosen and remove two screws (1) and lens (2). (2) Press lamp (3), turn counterclockwise, and pull to remove. (3) At light and wiring harness wires, disconnect terminals (4 and 5) by grasping with fingers and pulling firmly. (4) Loosen and remove two nuts (6), lock washers (7), and screws (8) . (5) Remove housing (9) with wires from radiator guard. 5-105
