TM 5-3805-262-20REMOVAL (SHEET 5 OF 5)(y) Loosen two clamps (34) and disconnect hose (35) from( 3 7 ) .(z) Remove two clamps (34) from hoseloader, remove hardware securingand clamp (36) from hose.(aa) If necessary, remove elbow (37);(ab) Loosen hose fittings at each ende r .(35). If hose is tomanifold and elbowbe removed fromclamp (36) then remove hose from loaderremove and discard 0-ring (38).of tube (39) and remove tube from load-(ac) If necessary, remove elbows (40 and 42). Discard 0-ring (41).CLEANING(a) Clean hoses (1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 13, 17, and 35) using clean cloth moistenedwith detergent. Dry using clean cloth.Dry cleaning solvent P-D-680 used to clean parts is toxic and flammable.W e a r p r o t e c t i v e g o g g l e s a n d g l o v e s a n d u s e o n l y i n a w e l l v e n t i l a t eda r e a . A v o i d c o n t a c t w i t h s k i n , e y e s a n d c l o t h e s a n d d o n ’ t b r e a t hevapors. Do not use near open flame or excessive heat and don’t smokew h e n u s i n g i t. F a i l u r e t o d o s o c o u l d c a u s e s e r i o u s i n j u r y . Use compressed air to clear any obstruc-tions from inside hoses and tubes.8-21
