Install button (5) on stem (6) and secure using cotterpin (4). Bend cotter pin over.TESTINGa .b .c .d .Install 1/4NPTF air hose fitting in air horn valve assembly input port andconnect source of compressed air to fitting.Apply 80 psi air pressure to air horn valve assembly.Apply soap solution to air horn valve assembly output port and stem. Check forair bubbles. If air bubbles are seen at output port, air horn valve assemblymust be disassembled and parts inspected and replaced. If air leakage at stemmakes a bubble that is larger than one inch in one second; disassemble airhorn valve assembly and inspect parts.
