Tighten nutsPosition caliper adapter (35) on wheel spindle (39) and secure using sev-en capscrews (34), washers (33), and nuts (32). Tighten nuts securely.Apply gear oil to rear axle wheel spindle (39).Pack area between oil seal (23) lips with grease.Connect chain hoist equipped with nylon straps to wheel hub (31).Install wheel hub (31) and brake disk (26) on rear axle wheel spindle.Install ring gear hub (10).Install wheel bearing nut (9) using wheel bearing nut tool.(10) Disconnect chain hoist from wheel hub (31).(11) Rotate wheel hub (31) clockwise and counterclockwise to ensure that conesand rollers (21 and 22) are fully seated. Tighten wheel bearing nut (9)using wheel bearing nut tool to 400 lb-ft while rotating wheel hub. Thenloosen nut (9) 1/4 turn.3-408
