REASSEMBLY OF HYDRAULIC BRAKE CYLINDER

Lubricate new cups (5 and 12), retainer (11), seat (14), piston (13), and
O-ring (9) using clean brake fluid.
Lubricate bearing (4), piston (6), springs (7 and 10), retainer (11), and
bore of housing (19) using clean brake fluid.
Install new gasket (18) and plug (17) in housing (19).
Install bleeder screw (16) in housing (19).
Install new seal (15) and new seat (14) in new piston (13). Use screw-
driver to tighten seat securely.
Install piston (13) and new cup (12) in housing (19).
Install retainer (11) and spring (10). Use spring to push piston (13) and
cup (12) into housing (19).
Install new O-ring (9) on plug (8). Install and tighten plug (8) in hous-
ing (19).
Install new cup (5) on piston (6).
Put spring (7) on piston (6) and install piston and spring in housing
(19).
Install bearing (4).
Using your fingers, push bearing (4) into housing (19) and install re-
taining ring (3).
Install boot (2).
Install guide (1) in boot (2).
