Solvent cleaning compound MIL-PRF-680 Type III
is an environmentally compliant and low toxic
material. However, it may be irritating to the eyes
and skin. Use protective gloves and goggles. Use in
well-ventilated areas. Keep away from open flames
and other sources of ignition. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
(2) Ensure filler opening screen is
free of debris and clean. If not
clean, reach in with your fingers
and pull out screen. Clean
screen with solvent cleaning
compound, dry thoroughly, and
reinstall.

(3) Add oil (Item 9, 10, 11, or 12,
WP 0031 00) through filler
opening until oil level is visible
in sight gage.
(4) To install filler cap, turn cap
one-quarter turn clockwise (to
the right) and lower tab.
