TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER BYPASS VALVE MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED

ASSEMBLY

Apply a thin coat of clean oil to all O-rings before installation.
1.
Install new O-ring (29) and valve assembly (28) into bypass valve (6).
2.
Install new O-ring (27), adapter (26), and fitting (25)
on bypass valve (6).
INSTALLATION
1.
Position bypass valve (6) on bracket (22) and install
three washers (24) and bolts (23).
2.
Position bracket (22) on machine and install two
washers (21) and mounting bolts (20) on bracket.
3.
Install new O-ring (19) on fitting (17) and install fit-
ting on bypass valve (6).
4.
Install new O-ring (18) in tube assembly (16) and con-
nect tube assembly to bypass valve (6).
5.
Install new O-ring (15) on fitting (13) and install fit-
ting on bypass valve (6).
6.
Install new O-ring (14) in tube assembly (12) and con-
nect tube assembly to bypass valve (6).
