C AU T I O N
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal.
Cap lines and hoses and plug openings after removing lines. Contamination of system could result in pre-
mature failure.
N OT E
Tag hoses to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local policy
and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
REMOVAL
1.
Loosen clamp (1) and disconnect hose assembly (2) from fitting (3).
2.
Remove fitting (3) from elbow (4). Remove and discard O-ring (5).
3.
Remove elbow (4) from bypass valve (6). Remove and discard O-ring (7).
4.
Remove tube assembly (80) from fitting (9). Remove and discard O-ring (10).
5.
Remove fitting (9) from bypass valve (6). Remove and discard O-ring (11).
