Tag drain/fill plugs prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch oil drained from axles. Dispose of oil IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all
spills are cleaned up.
DRAINING
1.
Remove drain plug (1) from front differential (2) and allow oil to drain into container. Discard O-ring (3). Clean drain
plug.
2.
Install new O-ring (3) and drain plug (1) in front differential (2).

3.
Remove drain plug (4) from rear differential (5) and allow oil to drain into container. Discard O-ring (6). Clean drain
plug.
4.
Install drain plug (4) in rear differential (6).

FILLING
N OT E
Machine is equipped with level gages on left side only.
1.
Remove level gage/fill plug (7) from front differential (2) and add 0.5 qt (0.5 L) hydraulic oil additive.
2.
Remove level gage/fill plug (8) from rear differential (5) and add 0.5 qt (0.5 L) hydraulic oil additive.
3.
Fill front and rear differentials (2 and 5) with oil to a level between "ADD" and "FULL" marks on level gage/fill plugs.
Capacity for each is approximately 5.5 gal. (21 L).
