RIDE CONTROL HOSES, LINES, AND FITTINGS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

C AU T I O N
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal. Cap lines and hoses and plug open-
ings after removing lines. Contamination of system could result in premature failure.
N OT E
Tag hoses prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local policy and
ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
REMOVAL
1.
Cut and discard two tiedown straps (1).
2.
Disconnect hose (2) from fitting (3) on ride control
accumulator (4).
3.
Remove and discard O-ring (5).
4.
Remove fitting (3) from ride control accumulator (4).
5.
Remove and discard O-ring (6).

6.
Disconnect hose (2) from fitting (7) and remove hose from machine.
7.
Remove and discard O-ring (8).
8.
Disconnect hose (9) from shuttle valve (10).
9.
Remove and discard O-ring (11).
10.
Disconnect hose (9), remove O-ring (11), and hose from machine.
11.
Disconnect hose (12) from shuttle valve (10).
12.
Remove and discard O-ring (13).
13.
Disconnect hose (14) from fitting (15).
14.
Remove and discard O-ring (16).
15.
Disconnect hose (14) from main control valve (WP 0134 00) and remove hose from machine.
16.
Disconnect hose (17) from fitting (18).
17.
Remove and discard O-ring (19).
18.
Disconnect hose (20) from fitting (21).
19.
Remove and discard O-ring (22).
20.
Disconnect hose (20) from fitting (23) and remove hose from machine.
21.
Remove and discard O-ring (24).
