CRANKSHAFT VIBRATION DAMPER AND PULLEY REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Remove eight bolts (1) from vibration damper (2).
2.
Remove vibration damper (2).

3.
Remove three bolts (3) from crankshaft pulley (4).

CAU T I ON
DO NOT use puller tool to remove crankshaft pulley from crankshaft or damage could result.
4.
Hold wood block against inner hub of crankshaft pul-
ley (4) as shown. Strike wood block with a hammer to
loosen split lock and spacer.
5.
Carefully remove crankshaft pulley (4).
