Lubricate cylinder head bolts with clean
engine oil before installation.

Install 32 new bolts (6) in cylinder head (7).

Tighten bolts 1 thru 32 in numerical order (as shown) to torque of 80 lb-ft (108 Nm).
10.
Tighten bolts 1 thru 32 again in numerical order (as shown) to torque of 80 lb-ft (108 Nm).
11.
Place an index mark on each bolt (6).
a.
Turn bolts that are marked with an "S" an additional 150 degrees (2.5 flats).
b.
Turn bolts that are marked with an "M" an additional 180 degrees (3.0 flats).
c.
Turn bolts that are marked with an "L" an additional 210 degrees (3.5 flats).
